Case Background
On June 15, 2020, 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide, Inc. and 10 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Pursuant to an order of the Court dated March 16, 2021, the cases of 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide, Inc., 24 Hour Holdings II LLC, 24 Hour Fitness United States, Inc., 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc., 24 Hour Fitness Holdings LLC, 24 San Francisco LLC, 24 New York LLC, 24 Denver LLC, RS FIT Holdings LLC, and RS FIT CA LLC are now closed. RS FIT NW LLC (Case No. 20-11568) is the sole remaining open case, and is pending before the Honorable Judge Karen B. Owens.

Plan and Disclosure Statement
On October 7, 2020, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement on November 12, 2020, and held a hearing to consider on confirmation of the Plan on December 21, 2020. On December 22, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization, and on December 29, 2020 the Effective Date occurred.
